McClintock Distillery is hiring bartenders starting at $8/ hour plus tip compensation. We are open to customers Thursday through Sunday. This position will include opportunities to work in the tasting room which also hosts weddings and other private events for additional pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- creating high-end hand-crafted cocktails to a high degree of excellence
- educating guests about the mission and ethos of McClintock Distilling
- selling bottled spirits to bar customers
- maintaining a clean and sanitary area
- maintain a safe environment by adhering to local liquor laws as well as health code requirements
- maintaining knowledge of constantly developing spirits
- collaborating with management and other staff on ideas and products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- customer service experience in a bar or restaurant preferred
- bartending experience is preferred
- willingness to learn and train
- dependability and dedication
- ability to multi-task and adapt to quick situation changes
- communication and problem-solving skills
- pleasant and professional demeanor
- punctuality
- Alcohol Safety certification (preferred but not required)
