As part of Cowork Frederick’s Artists Night, Michael Gresalfi will be presenting his 12 painting series “Our Changing Planet” as well as a video of the same name. He will be joined by Jordan Holt of Falling Squares to share the winners of the Earth Month Film competition.
Michael uses melted wax, known as ‘encaustic medium’ as well as glass paint, oils and acrylics on a variety of surfaces including canvas, fiberboard, poster board, wood, and mirrors. His style moves between the semi-realism, to more expressionistic, and abstract styles.
