A one-hour, re-imagined immersive production for five actors that takes place over two floors. Unlike a traditional experience in which audiences sit and watch, patrons will be able to follow and observe any of the five characters at any time, as the events of the play occur continuously throughout the space, with actors moving between rooms and floors as the story unfolds. Timon of Athens tells the story of a generous citizen whose misplaced trust causes her to lose everything, resulting in her bitter retreat to the wilderness, where she contemplates revenge.

This is a fun, free event for our community. This year we’ll be featuring basketball competitions, hosting games and raffles with prizes, and serving free food from businesses in Frederick. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.

Featured artist Robin Davisson’s lyrical, process-driven work is rooted in eclectic curiosity and the material surprises she discovers working with her finely-developed visual vocabulary.
