Gallery 322 joins the celebration, as Frederick County, Maryland celebrates its 275th anniversary. Our July group show, 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨 features artists Michael Douglas Jones, Jan Kaufman, Linda Kirvan, Ann Schaefer, Anne Gibson Snyder, Russell Schofield, Tom Ritchie, Lissa Abrams, and Homer Yost, along with associate artists Roberta Staat, Leo Ramos, Paul Wilson, and Karen Winston-Levin. We’re open Friday 4-7PM, on First Saturday Noon-8PM & Sunday from Noon-5PM, and we are happy to meet visitors during the week by appointment.

Forging and Fusing Steven Gibson (Fused Glass artist) and Stephen Dill (Blacksmith) are exhibiting their art during the month of July. In addition to exhibiting their individual works, Steven and Stephen used this opportunity to collaborate, combining glass and steel in unique works of art.

Aynex Mercado is an artist and quilter. She creates bold paintings out of bits of fabric. Each piece is vibrant and vivid. The “Quilting Frederick” exhibit showcases her love of Frederick’s unique architecture and natural beauty. Her fabric paintings include depictions of Carrol Creek Park and the bright lights of downtown Frederick. Open to the public one night only. Live music by Mike Elosh 4:30pm-7:30pm

J G Orudjev and Todd Frankenfield will show work in mixed media in the exhibition “Infinite Surface” at NOMA gallery throughout July. “Infinite Surface” will open on June 30 and will run through July 30. Reception Saturday July 1, 5-8pm. The artists will host a talk Thursday July 20, 7pm at NOMA gallery, 437 N. Market St. Frederick, MD Orudjev and Frankenfield met online in 2022, each finding resonance in the other’s work.
