Our gallery is decorated for the holidays and filled with one of a kind gifts created by local potters and decorations for Thanksgiving, Hanukah, and Christmas. You will be amazed at the talented people in Frederick and surrounding counties. First Saturday 10 am to 8pm, Beginning November 2, we will be open 7 days per week. MARKING THE MOMENT is a continuation of Tom Ritchie’s artistic interest in the intersection between tight detailed images and loose, abstract shapes of a landscape. Russ Schofield presents landscapes and seascapes that capture complex shifts in mood that changing weather creates. Using a variety of tools, he combines his instinctual appreciation of light and subtle color with his evolving understanding of shadow and form. We will be launching our new November Milkshake creations, including a new ice cream flavor release. Plus WFRE will be on site from 2pm – 4pm.

Mary Paul Barnaby is a photographer and a painter. Retiring from the Air Force, she finally settled down in Frederick, Maryland after a lifetime of travel and adventure. She has been taking pictures most of her adult life and feels complete with a camera in her hand. Photography has been her creative outlet for many years. Kristie’s World-Art Spoken Here. Gillian Grozier is a transplant from England who trained as a young artist in NYC. She moved to Frederick in response to the vibrancy of the art community here. Her exhibition provides a glimpse of our familiar town from the gaze of an empathetic outsider. Exhibition Runs Nov. 5 – 27, 2022.

Celebrating our 2nd Saturday on 1st Saturday, Hoffman Brothers will be serving rich and decadent small batch ice creams until 8pm.

Take in the gorgeous sounds of Tchaikovsky’s “Serenade” and other works performed by National String Symphonia.

Exhibit: “Different Seasons” – Abstract acrylic/mixed media works on panel, canvas, and paper. Live music by Sammie J Frederick. Artists Night is an event that celebrates local (Frederick County) creativity with an art exhibit and reception and live music on the First Saturday of each month. The event is sponsored by the Cowork Frederick Foundation. All proceeds from art sales to go the artist.
