You’ll see a live demonstration of lighting techniques, then watch Photoshop techniques to create a final image. Lighting setups with studio strobes, lens selection, raw image processing, retouching, and color grading will be discussed.

Wood Fired Pots at the Potters’ Guild of Frederick

Throughout the months of August and September, we will be featuring wood fired pottery in our gallery. Wood firing is the oldest method for firing clay to achieve a usable pot and requires a community of potters to stoke the kiln over a multi-day and night firing. More info here. The Partnership is hosting a fall clean-up day in Downtown Frederick! We’re inviting our friends and neighbors to volunteer a few hours with us on Saturday, October 10 to help make downtown shine.
