Meet the Artists: Andrea McCluskey and Lisa Aerianna Tayerle These two printmakers kick of their two person exhibition on view for the month of July. Andrea addresses the day to day changing internal landscape of weathering the pandemic. Lisa Aerianna Tayerle tells stories through gnarled roots, windswept rocks and weathered wood. TAG/The Artists Gallery is pleased to announce the featured artists for July: Cathy Wilkin and Jan McIntyre-Creager They have been exploring different subjects, media, and styles with exciting results! Cathy Wilkin switched directions for her intriguing new exhibit, “Hindsight 2020.” She traded her intricate collages for acrylic paintings. At first glance, the interiors in her new work appear calm, but unsettling elements quickly reveal themselves. Wilkin calls the eight works in this series her “COVID paintings” and says they reflect her disconnect in 2020.
