Ribbon Cutting for ‘Barbara Fritchie Arts Initiative’

Join Frederick Arts Council on July 2nd at 3 PM for a ribbon-cutting for ‘Barbara Fritchie Arts Initiative’ by Kirk Seese! The ribbon-cutting will take place at 152 West Patrick Street (the wall of the Hauer House next to the Barbara Fritchie House). Words by the artist Kirk Seese. The Barbara Fritchie poem by John Greenleaf will be read by Christine Mosere, director of Endangered Species Theatre Project in Frederick, MD.
