Released only ONCE A YEAR, this spirit is distilled from McCutcheon’s Apple Products’ apple cider that Tenth Ward ferments and distills in-house, then infused with tart cherries and is slightly sweetened. They will have Brinton’s Brandy tastings, full pours, specialty Brinton’s Brandy cocktails and bottles available for purchase all day.
FUN FACT: Brinton’s Brandy is distilled in collaboration with our wonderful neighbors at the National Museum of Civil War Medicine and is named for the infamous Civil War surgeon, John Brinton, who was known for bribing people with brandy.
