Moving well with Sue is here to guide, educate, inform and show you a different way to perceive your body and how you move through the world. The overall goal is ease, calm and moving well.
This 30 minute session will be a taste of the 3 joint focused practices offered at Give Rise Studio. Once your session is completed, you will receive a special offer on a 3-month membership.
You may be in pain, have discomfort or be totally content – there is something to gain from these practices based in Functional Range Conditioning, Postural techniques and Yin Yoga.
