UPDATE: The strong winds in the forecast are not very conducive to a Kinstretch class, so today’s class is unfortunately cancelled. Thank you to everyone who has supported Feel Good Fridays this month, and take care!
About Feel Good Fridays
This April, Downtown Frederick Partnership is partnering with local fitness, health and wellness organizations to offer free or low-cost outdoor wellness classes every Friday in April. All classes take place at the Carroll Creek Amphitheater (located across the creek from the C. Burr Artz Public Library, between Carroll Street and Market Street).
